Important Information:

📝 Sign-In Sheet:
On Friday morning only, the sign-up sheet will be out at 7:00 AM. Please sign each guest on a separate line. Take a photo of the list as a precaution and return by 8:45 AM to keep your spot.

🚫 Children Under 12:
For safety reasons, no children under 12 (including infants) will be allowed inside the sale.

🛡️ Security:
We provide 24/7 on-site security, including personnel, video, and audio surveillance.

💰 Payments:

• Higher-value items (gold, sterling, designer, coins, etc.) require cash or wire transfer.

• Credit/debit accepted for purchases over $50 (10% fee under $50).

• No checks.

• ID required for all purchases.

🏷️ No First Day Discounts
Please note: We do not discount items at the start of the sale.

📦 Item Pickup:
All items must be removed by 4:00 PM Saturday, June 14. Movers are available for smaller items. For large items, please coordinate with a mover like Steinsholt’s Movers: 346-402-6427.

👜 Bag Policy:
No purses, handbags, backpacks, or large bags allowed inside. Small crossbody or waist packs only.

♿ Accessibility:
Wheelchair ramp available. Please be mindful of your physical limitations and surroundings. We are not responsible for accidents.

🚗 Parking:
Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Observe all posted parking regulations.

📜 Tax-Exempt Purchases:
Bring your pre-filled tax exemption forms. We do not supply them onsite.

⏳ Holds:
Items placed in holding areas or carried are considered purchased. We do not allow holding without commitment to buy.
