This April, When Pigs Fly Estate Sales & Auctions presents a freshly curated Signature Estate Event, bringing together five distinct estates—including three new collections and two returning clients who have added exceptional pieces to our Monitor St Gallery.

Adding a unique dynamic to this month’s event, three distinguished gentlemen’s estates introduce a strong, refined presence—proving, at least for a moment, it’s a gentleman’s world.

A Curated Gallery Experience

This exceptional gallery event features collections sourced from:

• A luxurious Turtle Creek high-rise residence
• A private North Dallas gated estate
• A historic Dallas property rich in character
• Two returning collectors contributing newly released selections

Due to logistical and access constraints, these estates could not be conducted onsite. Instead, each collection has been professionally relocated and thoughtfully curated within our Monitor St Gallery—creating a layered, immersive estate sale experience that continues to set a new standard in the Dallas market.

• Saturday: 25% Off Most Items
• Sunday: 50% Off Most Items
