This May, When Pigs Fly Estate Sales & Auctions invites you into one of the most unique, layered, and visually unforgettable signature events we have presented in many years — a remarkable gathering of three distinguished estates from Houston and East Texas, with just enough Dallas flair sprinkled throughout to keep it feeling close to home.
Inside our WPF Monitor St Gallery, guests will discover an immersive and highly curated blend of antiques, fine art, global collections, vintage design, unusual oddities, nostalgic collectibles, and sophisticated interiors spanning generations of collecting and travel.
This event moves effortlessly between refined and unexpected — from striking Mid-Century Modern furnishings and hundreds of original artworks to tribal artifacts, Asian decorative arts, studio pottery, art glass, sports memorabilia, collector cards, vintage toys, and wonderfully unusual conversation pieces throughout the gallery.
For longtime WPF shoppers, this installation represents one of the most eclectic and diverse selections we have staged in years — thoughtfully layered to feel less like a traditional estate sale and more like an evolving gallery experience filled with discovery around every corner.

Step into WPF Lounge — a curated installation blending Mid-Century Modern design, brutalist forms, retro interiors, vintage lighting, lounge aesthetics, and modern collector culture into a sophisticated yet relaxed gallery atmosphere. Layered with sculptural furniture, conversational seating, dramatic décor, and unexpected vintage accents, WPF Lounge captures the feeling of walking into a stylish collector’s penthouse from another era.

Oddities Alley brings together the unusual, the macabre, the bizarre, and the unforgettable — a rotating corridor of curiosity filled with strange discoveries, conversation pieces, dark humor, vintage medical oddities, eccentric décor, unexpected taxidermy, unusual artifacts, and the kind of items that make guests stop mid-sentence and ask:

EVENT GUIDELINES
• Small crossbody bags permitted
• No large handbags, backpacks, or oversized shopping bags. Our security officer will ask you to take your bag back to your vehicle, we do not hold them for you. We offer shopping baskets and rolling carts as available.
• No food or beverages inside the main gallery installation
• No holds on merchandise
• Children under 12 are not permitted
• Security personnel are present onsite at all times
• Please do not remove tags from items
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, debit cards, major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Zelle.
A 3% courtesy fee applies to payment methods that incur processing fees.
Cash payment may be required on designer items, gold, sterling silver, luxury accessories, and other higher-value purchases.
Bank-to-bank wire transfer is available and may be required for select transactions.
PROVENANCE & OWNERSHIP
For original artwork, antiques, and select higher-value pieces, verbal provenance and ownership background are available upon request whenever known. Our team is happy to share relevant context and collection history to assist buyers in making informed purchasing decisions.
SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety of our clients, guests, staff, and collections, this event location is secured and monitored 24 hours a day.
The WPF Monitor St Gallery is protected by:
• Physical onsite security personnel
• Continuous audio and video surveillance
• Secured after-hours monitoring systems
Security personnel remain physically present onsite during and outside of event hours. High-value items are secured appropriately throughout the duration of the installation.
Select purchases may require scheduled pickup arrangements. Our team will provide guidance at checkout.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
To ensure fairness and consistency for all shoppers, pricing and item availability are not provided in advance, by phone, email, direct message, or social media inquiry.
We respectfully ask interested buyers to attend the event in person to evaluate condition, scale, and overall presentation before purchasing.
If any item is approved for pre-sale, this will be clearly stated in advance.
SHOPPING FLOW & HOLDS
Our cashier, hold, and checkout systems are designed to maintain organization and efficiency throughout the gallery experience.
Dedicated hold areas may be utilized for:
• jewelry,
• designer items,
• artwork,
• boutique accessories,
• and specialty collections.
Once shopping within a section is complete, a team member will issue a sales ticket. Payment must be completed at the cashier, and a stamped receipt is required prior to item pickup or removal.
If you wish to purchase a large or difficult-to-move item, please seek assistance from a team member before handling or relocating the piece.
Customers may use personal sold tags; however:
• Tags must include your name and phone number
• Tags must be approved by staff prior to placement
• Once placed and approved, items are considered sold and may not be reversed or removed
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Please be respectful of neighboring businesses throughout the Dallas Design District.
Do not park in:
• reserved spaces,
• loading zones,
• or designated parking areas belonging to surrounding businesses.
Vehicles parked improperly may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and courtesy within the district.
SECURITY, COURTESY & ACCESSIBILITY
• Audio and video surveillance are in use throughout the property
• Physical security personnel are onsite at all times
• High-value items are secured after hours
• Large bags and backpacks are not permitted
• Children under 12 are not permitted
SIGN-UP LIST
A sign-up sheet will be placed outside the gallery by 7:00 AM on opening morning.
• One person per line
• You must be physically present
• Please return to the line at least 15 minutes prior to opening to maintain your position
We strongly recommend photographing the sign-in sheet after signing in.
WRAPPING / PACKING / MOVING HELP
Please note:
When Pigs Fly Estate Sales & Auctions does not provide moving, loading, packing, hauling, or transportation assistance.
Buyers are fully responsible for:
• bringing their own labor and moving assistance,
• arranging transportation,
• and supplying all boxes, wrapping materials, packing paper, blankets, straps, and other necessary moving supplies.
Please plan accordingly before purchasing large, heavy, delicate, or oversized items.
Due to the scale of this installation and the rapid transition into upcoming estates, storage space within the gallery is extremely limited.
As a courtesy, we will offer one additional pickup day for LARGE ITEMS ONLY:
Tuesday, June 2nd
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
No other pickup days, times, or storage accommodations will be available.
If purchased items are not removed by the conclusion of the scheduled pickup period, items will be considered abandoned, forfeited without refund, and may be donated, resold, or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of When Pigs Fly Estate Sales & Auctions.
We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and respect for our scheduling and operational limitations as we continue preparing for upcoming estate installations.

Descriptions, verbal comments, signage, historical references, measurements, dimensions, staff opinions, and item representations are provided solely as a courtesy and should not be considered guarantees or professional authentication.
Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own inspections, research, evaluations, measurements, testing, and due diligence prior to purchase, including but not limited to:
