Every Signature Estate Event begins with a reimagined gallery.
Over the course of several weeks, our team sources, researches, photographs, transports, stages, and transforms collections from estates, private consignments, downsizings, and distinguished homes into one extraordinary shopping experience.
What emerges is more than a traditional estate sale.
It is a carefully curated collection of history, craftsmanship, luxury, design, and discovery assembled under one roof for a limited time.
Each event introduces new collections, fresh arrivals, and newly featured treasures throughout the gallery.
No two events are ever staged alike.
Because our inventory comes from multiple estates, private collections, downsizings, and select consignments, shoppers encounter an ever-changing mix of fine art, antiques, jewelry, designer fashion, decorative arts, furniture, lighting, crystal, porcelain, books, collectibles, and unexpected discoveries.
Many of our guests attend every event simply because they never know what they might find.

Unlike a traditional residential estate sale, our gallery environment allows shoppers to browse comfortably among multiple collections in one location.
Housed within our 30,000-square-foot Dallas Design District facility, the gallery offers spacious shopping areas, professional displays, climate-controlled comfort, and ample parking, creating a more relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience than a traditional residential estate sale.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Zelle.
A 3% courtesy fee applies to payment methods that incur processing fees.
Cash or wire transfer is required on certain items such as: gold, sterling, coins, designer, fine jewelry and works of art and other specialty items.
Bank wire transfers are available when appropriate.

PROVENANCE & OWNERSHIP
For artwork and select higher-value pieces, ownership history and available provenance information may be discussed with interested buyers whenever known.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety of our clients, buyers, and staff, the property is monitored by audio and video surveillance and protected by onsite security personnel 24 hours a day.
High-value merchandise is secured appropriately during and after event hours.

PICKUP INFORMATION
Larger purchases including furniture, oversized artwork, chandeliers, and architectural pieces will remain in place until paid for and documented by our staff. One additional day for pickup of larger items will be Tuesday June 30th from 10-2 only. No other days or times are available.
Items not collected by 2pm on Tuesday June 30th, 2026 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of When Pigs Fly Estate Sales without a refund or credit back.
Pickup information and scheduling instructions will be provided at checkout.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
To ensure fairness to all shoppers, pricing and availability information is not provided in advance by telephone, email, or social media.
Interested buyers are encouraged to attend in person to inspect condition, dimensions, and suitability before purchasing.

PARKING
Ample free parking is available onsite.
Please be respectful of neighboring businesses throughout the Dallas Design District and avoid parking in reserved spaces belonging to other tenants.
Vehicles parked in restricted areas may be subject to towing.

SIGN-UP LIST
A sign-up sheet will be available in our lobby by 7:00 AM each morning of the sale.
One person per line.
Customers must be present 15 minutes prior to opening to maintain their place in line.

WRAPPING, PACKING & MOVING
Please bring your own packing materials.
Staff are not available for loading, moving, or transporting purchases.
Buyers are responsible for arranging appropriate moving assistance.
