Join us for 3 days only as we offer a very diverse living estate sale on a fantastic property (coming to market soon). You can outfit a full house with all the great furnishings, décor, art and household goods.

This sale opens June 27th and runs through June 29th. When the temperatures are hotter, we open up earlier and close earlier.
Hours: 7am-2pm each day.
Cash and credit card only, with bank-to-bank wire transfer required on some higher valued items.
We ask you not park in front of the entrance gate as we will have a sign-up sheet out for you. Parking on the road may be best.
The sign out sheet will go out at 6:00am each morning. Please be back in and ready to line up by 6:45am. We ask you list each person on their own line on the sheet. This sign-up sheet is only for those early birds wanting to get their names on the list and not needed after the sale begins.
There is no public restroom, however there is a “Shell” gas station 2 miles down the road on Hwy 82.
